It may be powered on TV USB Port, no need additional power. Ensure your TV has Earphone Or Audio Out Port, to connect this device to your TV. USB is only for powering the device.
RECEIVER MODE: Wirelessly streams audio from your Bluetooth-enabled phone, tablet, or computer to your wired stereo, speakers, or headphones. Ideal for Car Audio without Bluetooth or Home Audio without Bluetooth. Be sure to have Aux Port and USB port to make it work.
SWITCH DESIGN: Easy Switch Modes. You’ll be able to switch from Transmitter to Receiver or vice versa by sliding the Switch to TX (Transmitter) or RX (Receiver) mode. Unlike other Bluetooth Adapters, this design helps remain in the mode assigned unless you switch or slide to other mode.
